How the campaign works

  • One unlocks the next. You start with Last Ride Out. Escape from a mission (one star is enough) and the next one opens. Random picks from the missions you’ve unlocked.
  • Three stars each: one for escaping, one for beating the par time, one if nobody bleeds out.
  • New stars pay: every star you earn for the first time is worth 100 XP on top of the usual mission XP. Replaying a mission for a better time still counts as a best time, but only new stars pay the bonus.
  • Every town is different. Each mission plays on a freshly generated town, dressed its own way: quiet suburbs, autumn, overgrown, a wasteland, or rain.
  • Sign in with OMEN and your stars and best times follow you to every device.

1🚐 Last Ride OutSuburbs39:00There’s a van that still runs. Find its keys, fill it up, get out of town.
2💊 The PharmacyAutumn310:00Someone’s sick and holed up across town. Raid the store for medicine, get it to them, bring them home.
3⛽ Running on EmptyOvergrown29:00The van’s tank is bone dry and the pumps died with the power. Siphon what’s left in the cars around town, then go.
4📻 Radio SilenceRain310:00The police radio can reach the evac choppers, but it’s dead. Bring it a battery, make the call, and hold on.
5🧍 Safe PassageSuburbs210:00Three survivors are barricaded in the store and too scared to move alone. Get to them and walk them out to the van.
6📦 Supply RunWasteland311:00A plane is dropping ammo over town. The dead heard it too: grab the crates before they bury them, then call the chopper.
7🧨 RoadblockTown49:00The only way out is walled off with wrecks. Find the van keys, blow the roadblock, drive through.
8🔒 LockdownRain310:00The police yard is chained shut with the armoury’s ammo inside. Cut the lock (they’ll hear it), take the crates, get out by air.
9🔥 Burn the NestOvergrown411:00They’re breeding in a house near the square. Grab explosives from the police lockers and burn it out.
10🪜 Rooftop SignalAutumn311:00The choppers only stop for a signal they can see from the sky. Haul a ladder from the garage, get on a roof, and keep the signal burning.

The objectives

  • Search: the item is hidden in a container in the marked building. Search everything inside; the marker points at the item once it’s out of the box.
  • Collect: pick up every marked can or crate. In Supply Run the crates come down by parachute, each with a pack asleep round it: sneak in, or wake them on your terms. Every ammo crate also refills your ammo.
  • Carry: the battery and the ladder take both hands: pistol only, and you move slower. Go down and you drop it. Have the rest of the team clear the road ahead.
  • Siphon: hold Use beside each marked car until its fuel is out. Don’t move or shoot while you siphon.
  • Cut the lock (Lockdown): hold Use at the padlock on the police yard gate. It’s loud: every few seconds the whole street hears it, so put your best shooters round whoever is cutting.
  • Plant: hold Use at the marker to set the charges, then get clear before they blow.
  • Rescue: reach the survivors and they follow you. They have to stay alive all the way to the ride out, and everyone has to be aboard before it leaves.
  • Hold: stay in the zone while the radio broadcasts or the signal burns. They keep coming the whole time, and the big ones come at the end.
  • Escape: reach the van or the chopper’s landing zone and hold it until you’re away.

Perks: what your stars buy

Your total stars unlock perks, and everyone on the team starts every mission with them. Whoever hosts the game brings their perks.

  • 3★ First aid: start with 2 more bandages.
  • 6★ Helmet: start with 50 armour.
  • 10★ SMG: start with an SMG.
  • 14★ Utility belt: start with a grenade, a flashbang and a sky flare.
  • 18★ Assault rifle: start with an assault rifle.
  • 22★ Medic: start with a first-aid kit.
  • 26★ Magnum: start with the magnum too.
  • 30★ Full armour: start with 100 armour.

Getting three stars

  • Split up on fetch steps, regroup for holds. Two players can search two buildings at once, but a hold zone needs everyone.
  • Don’t chase kills. Par times are tight on purpose. Roaming zombies respawn; the clock doesn’t stop.
  • Revive fast. A teammate who bleeds out costs the third star, even if you escape. Bring bandages and a flashbang for messy revives.
  • Use the town. Car alarms pull hordes your way; a thrown rock pulls them somewhere else. Read the Explore guide for how zombies hear and see.
